- Searching for a profitable and growing business. We are flexible on scale, but targeting at least $5MM in revenue and $1MM in EBITDA
- Culture & Climate
- We prefer a founder or family-owned business with a strong and tenured middle management team that are open to new ideas and possess a growth mindset
- Strategy & Fit
- Focusing on a business that compliment our expertise and network strength within the industrial B2B services & compliance spaces to help us drive meaningful growth from the start
- Geography & Restrictions
- Open to exploring all midwest opportunities but primarily targeting the greater Chicagoland area, lower Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana
